Variations in wood grain, color, knots, texture, or dye transfer are all natural occurrences in these hand-crafted wood products.

We use only natural oils and wax for polishing and finish so the wood can breathe and keep its good qualities for many years. In the case of soaking it is possible for the wood to bristle. If that happens don’t panic! Simply allow the toy to dry and polish with a cotton cloth until it becomes shiny again. Finishing oils will do their job to keep the wood healthy.
